About

Sharing the stage with many well known acts like Jason Mraz, Gavin DeGraw and the Beach Boys, has given Erick Macek the opportunity to learn what it takes to make it in the music industry.

Macek, who goes by his last name from his sports days, is no stranger to the national stage having appeared on NBC’s The Voice in addition to having his music featured in film and television shows such as 90210, Melrose Place, and Life Unexpected. Originally from Pennsylvania, his shows resonate with audiences internationally with his motivational optimism, humor and stage presence.

Throughout his young music career, Macek has been named Los Angeles Music Awards’ “Best Male Vocalist of the Year, and is a recent Hollywood Music and Media Awards Winner for his song, “Love.” For Macek, music is an honest and soulful approach to the unending expressions of daily life.

“I create, love, fail, learn, and love again.” This sentiment, along with Macek’s live performances caught the attention of Grammy Award winning producer, Mikal Blue (Jason Mraz, Colbie Caillat) who has recorded many of Macek’s tracks.

"I wouldn't change anything
about what you do."

                                                             - Blake Shelton (NBC's The Voice)
